STICKY FINGAZ

On November 3, 1973: Rapper and actor Sticky Fingaz (birth name Kirk Jones) was born in Brooklyn. Jones is a member of the rap group Onyx and is also known for his roles on FX’s 2005 drama Over There, Spike’s Blade: The Series, and The Shield. 

GOOD GOLLY MISS MOLLY (BROWN)

On November 3, 1960: The Broadway musical, The Unsinkable Molly Brown premiered at the Winter Garden Theater. It is about Titanic survivor, Margaret Brown and it was later adapted into a successful film in 1964 starring Debbie Reynolds.

 

MY HEART STOOD STILL

On November 3, 1927: Rodgers and Hart’s A Connecticut Yankee opened on Broadway at the Vanderbilt Theatre. The musical was based upon Mark Twain’s novel A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court.
