On November 18, 1977: Fabolous was born John David Jackson in Brooklyn. Jackson bolted out of the gate with his first release, 2001’s Ghetto Fabolous, generating numerous hit singles. He hasn’t stopped since, releasing hits such as “So Into You” and the more recent “Young OG.”


On November 18, 1985: Howard Stern’s radio show returned to New York City based station 92.3 FM for its afternoon programming. Stern, a New York native from Jackson Heights, has since reached a whole new level of celebrity with his show on the satellite radio Sirius XM.
