For painter, Pat Lipsky, the palette of New York City seems as much a part of her being as her own DNA. Water, sky, and concrete canyons have profoundly influenced both her art and her soul.

Ms. Lipksy’s paintings are in 25 public collections, including the Whitney Museum, the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Fine Arts (Houston), the Walker Art Center, the Brooklyn Museum, and Harvard’s Fogg Art Museum. Her work is represented by DC Moore Gallery in New York City.

New York Natives invites you to look through the lens of this unrepentant abstract artist and Native Icon.
