Camilla Webster is an artist and media creative working at her studio at Mana Contemporary in Jersey City and living in New York City.
Believing deeply in the global value of the people, places, things, and ideas that bubble up in the five boroughs, she banked on it as the co-founder of New York Natives in 2011. In 2014, she debuted ArtBeat, a video series that operates under the principle that “art is everywhere” in New York, from subway mosaics to ornately painted water towers.
Camilla has written and produced segments on art, collecting, and the art market for The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, CBS News, and Fox News, and in 2003, co-produced and co-wrote the documentary Inside Baghdad for the History Channel on the art and architecture of Iraq.
In 2010, she successfully re-launched Forbes Collector as its host, covering artists like Damien Hirst as well as the private collections of billionaire art collectors like New Yorker Eli Broad.
